• Eastern Baltic covers the 3 Baltic States (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) but extent also Russia (in particular Kaliningrad Oblast), Northern Poland and Belarus. This means e-coventure focused on a strictly defined geographical area and all our activities must include this dimension.
• ICT covers our industry focued. e-coventure excels within the Information and the Communication Technologies. This means our involvement always relate to IT or Telecom as an industry or as a ?business process?.
• Internationalisation means a project or a mission with a purely local dimension is out of scope. Our expertise lies on cross-border activities. This is where our added value is greatest and EU commission funded projects one very useful instrument for achieving this.
